How do I get a refund?

We're sorry you're not happy with your purchase. We offer full refunds on courses if you request the refund within 14 days of your original purchase. As specified in our terms and conditions, we are unable to offer refunds after that point. In case of subscriptions refunds will be offered on pro rata depending on date on cancellation.

To process a refund please do the following.

In the menu under your name, select "Billing & Payment"

In the screen the follows, you will see your purchase history. If the 14 day refund period has not expired, you will see a "refund" link. Click it and follow the instructions. A refund will appear on your credit card statement or PayPal history. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear.

After the refund is requested, you will no longer have access to the related content.
