I have paid for my course, But still cant access it. Help!

Please ensure that you are logged in using the same email ID that you used while purchasing the course.

NOTE: It is very important you use the same email ID you used when you signed up for the course. If you log in with a different ID you will not see your content. Check your email box for the sign up confirmation message to determine which email you used to enroll, then log out of the system by choosing the menu under your name and clicking Log Out and then login with the right email.

Secondly, having the latest browser version will help resolve most problems. Web browsers are free and having the latest version also improves your security and safety when browsing the web. Please note that we are not able to provide support Internet Explorer version 9 or lower.

You can check your browser version by using the "About Chrome", "About Internet Explorer", or "About Firefox" option in your browser's menu. The latest versions as of can be found here :

Note, your computer's operating system may not be able to support the latest version if it is too old. In that case the above links should automatically select the most recent version of the browser that your computer can handle.
